My travels have expanded my horizons and given me a deeper appreciation for the diverse beauty of our world. Bridgeworks | Mill St.
[Video Work]
I had the privilege of creating venue reels for two of the most exciting and unique event spaces in Hamilton: Bridgeworks and Mill St.
Bridgeworks is an industrial-style space with stunning exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. I was blown away by the versatility of the space, which could be transformed to suit everything from intimate concerts to bustling markets. In creating the venue reel, I made sure to capture the raw beauty of the space, as well as the sense of community and creativity that permeates every event held there. I was particularly impressed by the incredible sound quality, which made every performance a truly immersive experience.
Mill St., on the other hand, is a cozy, inviting space with warm lighting and exposed wood beams. I loved the intimate feel of the space, which was perfect for more intimate performances and events. As I captured footage for the venue reel, I was struck by the sense of warmth and community that emanated from the space, as well as the high level of professionalism and attention to detail from the staff.
In both cases, I wanted to create venue reels that truly captured the essence of these unique event spaces. Whether you’re a musician looking for a top-notch performance venue or an event organizer searching for a one-of-a-kind space, Bridgeworks and Mill St. are not to be missed.
Enzone Experience
[Video Work]
From the moment I arrived, I could tell this was going to be a high-energy workout. The EnZone team had set up a great outdoor space, with plenty of room for the participants to spread out and get their sweat on. Matt Bucknor took the Hamilton Ti-Cat cheerleaders through an incredible session.
Despite the grueling nature of the workout, there was a palpable feeling of camaraderie and encouragement. Whether it was a high-five after a tough set or a quick word of encouragement during a particularly challenging exercise, everyone was there for each other.
As the class came to a close, I couldn’t help but feel inspired by what I had just witnessed. These bootcampers had come together to push themselves to new heights, and the EnZone team had created a truly special experience.
Q-Tires Plus
[Video Work + Website Design]
Q-Tires was a complete branding project from web design to video promotional assets. The first step was to conduct a thorough research on the Q-Tires brand, their products, and their target audience. This enabled me to identify key elements that I needed to focus on in the video. I then proceeded to storyboard the video, selecting the shots and scenes that would best convey the message we wanted to communicate.
Next, we moved on to the actual filming process. The Q-Tires team was incredibly professional and cooperative, making the shooting process a smooth and enjoyable experience. We captured a range of footage, including close-ups of their high-quality tires, shots of the technicians at work, and footage of happy customers driving off with their new tires.
In post-production, I combined the footage with an upbeat and catchy soundtrack that perfectly complemented the visuals. I also added graphics and animations to highlight the key features of their products and services, and to create a more engaging viewing experience.
The final result was a stunning promo video that effectively captured the Q-Tires brand, its products, and its services. The video has since been used in various marketing campaigns, and has helped to elevate their brand and increase their customer base.

Concrete Canvas
[Documentary + Video Work]
I had the opportunity to capture some amazing footage at the Concrete Canvas graffiti festival in Hamilton. As a videographer, it was an incredible experience to be surrounded by so much creativity and passion.
The festival was a celebration of graffiti art, and it brought together some of the most talented artists from around the world. It was amazing to see the different styles and techniques on display, and I felt privileged to be able to capture it all on camera.
Over the course of the festival, I worked closely with the organizers to create a 15 minute documentary that showcased the best of what the festival had to offer. From the colorful murals that were painted on the sides of buildings, to the live music and performances that took place throughout the weekend, we made sure to capture every moment.
In addition to the documentary, I also created a few promo reels that were used to promote the festival online. These reels were designed to give people a taste of what they could expect if they attended the festival, and I think we did a great job of capturing the excitement and energy of the event.
Overall, the Concrete Canvas graffiti festival was an amazing experience, and I feel privileged to have been a part of it. As a videographer, it was a dream come true to be able to capture such incredible footage, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this incredible event.
Hi-Cats
[Video Work + Album Layout]
I had the pleasure of working with the talented band, the Hi-Cats, on a music video for their powerful and thought-provoking song, “Different World.”
From the moment I first heard the song, I was struck by its poignant lyrics and driving beat. It was clear that the Hi-Cats had poured their hearts and souls into this piece, and I was honoured to have the opportunity to bring their vision to life through video.
Working closely with the band, I developed a concept for the music video that would showcase the themes of the song in a visually compelling way. We filmed in a variety of locations, including gritty urban backdrops and expansive natural landscapes, to create a sense of both confinement and possibility.
As I edited the footage together, I made sure to highlight the emotional power of the song while also creating a sense of urgency and momentum. They even had a live performance that we recorded at Main Stage studios which was featured on TV!
Overall, it was an incredibly rewarding experience working with the Hi-Cats on “Different World.” Their passion and creativity were infectious, and I’m honored to have been able to contribute to the realization of their artistic vision.

D.O. Gibson | Black 365

D.O. Gibson is a rapper, songwriter, and actor from Canada who has made waves in the music industry with his unique style and community connecting outreach.
During my time working with D.O. Gibson, I was struck by his attention to detail and his willingness to collaborate. He has a clear vision for his music and visuals, and he works tirelessly to bring that vision to life. As a creative professional, it was refreshing to work with someone who values the input of his team and is willing to try new things to make his art stand out.
One of the things that I admire most about D.O. Gibson is his commitment to telling authentic stories through his music. He draws from his own experiences and the experiences of those around him to create songs that are both relatable and impactful. As a videographer, it was my job to help him bring those stories to life visually. Together, we worked to create music videos that not only looked great but also helped to further the message of the song.
D.O. Gibson is also known for his philanthropy and community involvement. He has a project called “Black Canadian 365,” which aims to highlight the contributions of Black Canadians to Canadian society throughout history. He has also been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest freestyle rap, which he performed in 2003.
I had the opportunity to film and photograph some incredible footage at the Spring Smash event, which featured jiu jitsu open mat and mouth-watering smash burgers.
